How do I make a booking?

Use any of the available communication links found under the Contact us tab for a quotation or booking. Please note that a 50 % deposit is mandatory to confirm your booking.

What are the travel and transportation fees?

Travel and transportation is FREE if the venue is within a 30 km radius of Scottburgh. A charge of R5 per km will apply thereafter.

What time will we be at your venue?

We will arrive 1 hour prior to the start time of your booking. This time will be utilised to setup the Photo Booth.

Can the Photo Booth be setup outdoors or on a second floor?

Yes it could be setup outdoors but ideally should be sheltered from the elements (wind/rain) as the equipment is electronic. We also have a set of muscular hands so no worries about getting the Photo Booth up a flight of stairs.

Where can I view my photos?

The photos of your event will be uploaded online onto our Facebook gallery where it can be shared via Facebook.

Can there be a break in my booking times?

Certainly, although our packages are based on consecutive hours we understand that the times may need to be split. This can be done , However an idle time fee is applicable (R150 per hour).

Will there be someone to assist with the running of the booth?

Yes, a technician will be on site to assist.

What is required for the operation of the Photo Booth?

To ensure efficient functioning of the booth we will require the following at your venue : A minimum space of 4m x 4m, a plug point that is easily accessible and a level floor surface.
